If the "you" in your post means Dave Keillor, I don't think that at all.
Trailer your car to the convention, that's fine.  I was just looking for
a "Driver" class of competition like other clubs have.

I presume then, since you don't want trailers at the national
convention, 
you think the competition cars, the autocross cars, those that go to the

track event held by NECC each year in conjunction with the convention,

not to attend the convention?  Are they unwelcome?  And by extension,
their 
owners?  And since it is proposed that the Car Display or Show... not
have 
trailered cars, then I presume trailered cars are allowed at Concours?
If 
not, no trailers, right? And if not, why are you advocating different
rules 
than any other car club for concours?

Used to be, and I think it still is, all aspects of the Corvair hobby
are 
welcome.
