You do realize that points 2, 3, 5, and 6 are already part of the 
existing event?  Essentially different is 1, and you're asking for more 
work from the judges, or more judges, in 4.

I'm not saying it's a bad modification, I'm just saying that your 
proposal isn't as different as you seem to think it is.  Maybe I'm 
inferring that, tho.  The manpower is a large hurdle.

Be aware that there's a significant downside in that you make the 
overall show on each day much smaller, so the promotion to the public 
aspect is somewhat reduced.
