No Ned it is not a mute point...ACLU is representing me and I am not giving up the plate....The situation on selling the car has changed I may keep it....I got a couple "in the ball park" offers but selling the car may not be the appropriate action.....it does appear I may get the 140 though.......hehe John Miller
