These are NOT you father's truck!!  Anti-swabars, huge brakes / 
tires.....electronic stability controls....

Newer Suburbans run in the 135 mile class at open road events in NV.

My best time with my 69 for 103 miles of mostly mountainous roads but plenty 
of straights   81 minutes.....

In a 2wd 06   5.3 Vortec Chevy ext. cab 1500 SB  PU with factory 245/70/17's 
and drums in rear.....75!
