No surprise coming from me....   go CHEAP.....ALL  companies in the US  face 
the same liability laws!

You are not a SHOP.....just home use.....

This one  has wheels to move around!

NOTE:  if garage rafters are under 9ft.....make sure they run in the right 
direction to get a Vert windshield in between! [ whyI didn't buy]
