I suspect that if you leave fresh kill (particularly if the size of a 
Corvair) in the yard visible from the road for a few weeks, someone might 
have a few words to say.

The key to most zoning violations is "visible" (from public property). In 
many cases all you need is either a few fence sections or a few minutes 
with a bulldozer.
