Ron,  Absolutely correct.  None of my Corvairs has ever had more than one 
part per million CO over outside air when tested at Corvair meets--and none of 
the test strips has ever changed color.  If all the shrouds are intact (and 
installed) the risk of CO poisoning is extremely low.
