"Ron,  Absolutely correct.  None of my Corvairs has ever had more than one 

part per million CO over outside air when tested at Corvair meets--and none
of 

the test strips has ever changed color.  If all the shrouds are intact (and 

installed) the risk of CO poisoning is extremely low."

Bob, so far I've only attended two nationals.  Who has the meter to check
the air down to PPM?  I know they are expensive so I doubt there are many of
them out there.  I would love to have mine tested.  I don't have reason to
suspect there is CO in the cabin.  But it would be nice to know.
