SFAIK...  MOST FCs had a white stripe.  White ones had a red stripe.  You 
are likely looking at a very faded red.

However - a special order vehicle could have been almost anything.  Say a 
utility or construction firm wanted a fleet painted in their colors.... 
doable many times.
