<VV> Milling Piston Faces

Still working on plans for the engine I am building. 

I need to bring the compression down.   Milled 140 heads.    So I want 
to cut the face of the pistons opposite the valves such as is noted in 
many places.    

What type of pistons will handle having the .070 or so milled off 
without compromising its strength?


At this point I am thinking of putting together a cheapy place holder  
95 using parts on hand to have for the time being while I build this 
engine.
