<VV> Is a rebuilt powerglide worth it?

Folks,

While Doran and I are rebuilding the motor, we have left the powerglide attached to the differential. As the car only has a tad over 90,000 miles and the transmission was running fine, I figured we'd leave it alone. After all, the powerglide in my 55 Nomad just keeps chugging away forever. But we have now obtained a 140 governor for the trans to raise the shift points to better match the modified motor. So we will now have to break open the trans. My question is, since we will have the trans off of the differential, is it worth ordering a rebuilt powerglide from Clark's? After all, essentially all the other parts/systems on the car will be new, so maybe we should do the powerglide while we're at it. Seems like one or two other folks have asked a question like this over the last month or so, but I don't remember seeing any responses. What do folk think?
                              Thanks,
                               Travis Payne
