Put the bushing on your index finger and fill the center cavity with oil.  Press down on the oil until it starts coming out the pores on the outside of the bushing and it's done.  You may have to add oil a second time and repeat.  Takes all of a couple of minutes.

  Imagine you put it into a rigid container slightly larger than the 
  bearing,  inject enough oil to cover the bearing, pull a vacuum and hold 
  long enough for outgassing to complete, release the vacuum, let sit until 
  done. Could want to heat the container to lower the viscosity of the oil. 
  No big but probably took a bit of experimenting to get it right and find 
  the maximum speed for the process.

  Might use a piston to pull the vacuum and then pressurize the system to 
  force the oil in. Suspect that would be better suited to mass production. 
  Engineering is fun but mostly boring repetition until you get it right and 
  then more boring repetition to make sure it stays that way.
