...well,first off,it doesn't absorb moisture which leads to internal line/hose problems,etched wheel cyl's,etc...I've used it on other hyd clutch systems that call for Dot-3 with absolutely no problems with the piston seals which must be of the same material as brake systems use...as far as heat goes,I have no desire to make multiple runs down Pikes Peak or allow the brakes to 'hang up' and generate enough heat to boil a fluid ;;on a seldom-driven car that I'm replacing the whole brake system on,is what I'm wondering about,not an existing one...the heavier-weight oil may yield a slightly stiffer pedal when temps are below 40F for a bit,but I doubt it'd be noticable....finally looks like Christmas,doesn't it Jim?..cabin fever must be setting in...Tom..//
