<VV> Jacking Points

Not long ago, there were some posts regarding the proper locations to 
raise a vair.  I cannot seem to find it now.

I will be moving my '67 2dr HT into the garage soon and need to know the 
proper jack points and jackstand placement.  Though I'm pretty certain 
it is easily discerned and that I can figure it out, I would rather be 
safe than sorry.  Would anyone be willing to help me out here?
