I'd say that it all depends. If you are matching unmolested factory  original 
parts, then no. But if thre is any doubt, then I'd suggest that you get  them 
balanced. Of course you know that the flywheel and PP will have the  greatest 
amount of rotating inertia, so that any imbalance can cause a  vibration. So 
to be on the safe side, I'd recommend a balance.
