No problem. Block of wood across the oil pan, preferably with a small pair  
supporting it at the pan rails, with a jack under it. Undo the rear engine  
mount, lower as needed, and do the repair. Reverse the procedure, and you're  
done!

The seal  on my oil pump is leaking. In order to replace the seal and stop 
the leak  I must remove the rear skid plate. Can I lower the engine without
