Hey, even back in '62, when I bought my Monza coupe new, I knew a lot about 
it before visiting a dealer because I read Motor Trend and other magazines. 
Then as now, the mags were good and writing up the new models and if you read the 
articles, you probably knew more than the salesmen about the car(s). 

I knew I wanted a Corvair from reading about them and seeing them on the 
street, and a test drive just verified what I felt. You don't need the Internet to 
educate yourself, but it sure makes it easier and faster.
