I'd probably get a set of good 185/80-13 radials. I can't recommend a 
particular tire.

Are you wanting "snow tires" for use just in the winter? If so, I'd 
look at http://www.tirerack.com and see what they have available in a 
snow tread. You could also contact local retailers. This size is 
closest to original in diameter. It's skinny width should be good in 
snow, as opposed to your current 70-series tires which are quite small 
in diameter. If you want something wider try to find some of the rare 
205/70-13's. These are smaller in diameter but are wider. Any other 
thirteen-inch size will be quite a bit smaller in diameter. Remember, 
narrow tires may not look cool or handle well, but they will go better 
in snow and ice.
