Keith,

When you said you changed all of the fuel filters, did you include the 
filter on the pick-up tube inside the gas tank?

Does it cut out If you drive in a gear lower than normal, running high rpm, 
with a light load, in 2nd gear for 15 or 20 seconds, instead of shifting to 
third (manual trans). Or leaving it in low instead of drive (automatic 
trans)?  If it cuts out at high rpm, but starts running smooth when you slow 
down, that is a classic pick-up tube filter (or any fuel filter) symptom.  
Could also be the fuel pump, but I think you said you changed that.

Another, very rare, cause is the float level in the carbs are way to low.  
Hit any really bad pot holes just before it started acting up?
