<VV> FC taillight lenses - I need a decent pair, plus project updates

My head light pulse when it is around 0F or below.  I suspected the regulator but haven't done anything with it (it hasn't been that cold recently).  I'll probably change it since it fixed your problem.

  stopped pulsating, so that was good.
