<VV> Corvan window options

I have seen pictures of several telephone company vans that had no windows
on the left side (other than driver's door) but full windows down the right
side and the back doors.  This way they could put racks or cabinets against
the wall behind the driver but he could still see out the right side.  For a
low production vehicle, Corvans and pickups had plenty of options!
