<VV> Freon12 / Buffalo

I have ten 14oz cans of freon12 and will be coming to Buffalo. $30 each
   
  Since it is a controlled substance Rules say you must be a certificated A/C tech or buying for resale (or be willing to sign a statement that you are going to resell)
   
  I will be attending the Buffalo convention and can bring there. I will not ship as it is a hazardous material and don't want the hassle or expense
