ok ok uncle... almost any good lube including plain ole kerosene or tranny  
fluid will most times do the job. the trick is to get something with lube  
qualities to the guides and stems   ...if that is really the problem ,  it will 
usually fix it....JB blaster is meant for this job if you read the  can.  its 
like snake oil , it has worked for me more that once.  BG  also makes stuff to 
do the same job , along with marvel mystery oil and tons of  others....
