err Isn't it a 14 gallon tank ? I get about 20 mpg at 70 mph (I-95 limit) 
with a 110/PG/3.55. Even at 18 mpg should be easily good for three hours 
with about a two gallon reserve. Three hour expectation sounds reasonable.
