<VV> Decoding Fischer Body Plate 1963 Monza

Trying to understand how to verify if a 1963 Convertible is really a 
Spyder. I found a couple of VIN decoders that suggest it may be a 1963 
900 (#2 & #3 digits= 09) and nor a Spyder (06) although it is turbo 
engined, dashed!

Could not seem to find a body tag decoder for the 1963 and the archive 
search suggests others were seeking a decoder similar to that offered 
on Mike Kellstrand's site for lates?

The VIN decoders said the car is a 1963 Monza convertible. from Willow 
Run

The chassis plate shows.
Detroit Michigan 63-0967;
body: wr 1902;
paint: 936-7;
trim: 2-712;
C  F2C?C [the question mark is for a symbol that looks like a circle 
with the sides missing]

Is it a clone?
