<VV> Rechroming A/C vents

Mr. G's Enterprises  --  Mr. G's Enterprises 
<http://www.mrgusa.com/index.html>    can rechrome all three pieces 
(look under Rechroming - Chevrolet - Corvair), but you have to take them 
apart ..  no problem for the side "balls", but the center piece is a bit 
more challenging...  The "balls" are plastic, the center vent chrome 
part is metal with a (very brittle) plastic surround...
