Art, I've used the cart and procedure in "How to Keep Your Corvair Alive" and a transmission jack with a cradle with success. A few other thoughts on this swap. The 140 with a PG is different that the 140 with a manual. You will also have to swap out the bellhousings, but I guess they could be considered part of the transmission. Ned
