<VV> What's my engine

I need help to identify what engine I have.  30 some years ago I took  a 
drive train out of a 64 or 65 Greenbrier. I know it is a four speed and the  
engine is a replacement. The question I have is it a 95hp or 110 hp.  The  serial 
on the block is either 10214xxz or T0214xxz.  The left heard as the  following  
33..........B and another b under the first.  The  distributor has the 319 
ending.  I would guess it might be a 110 from 65,  is this possible?
