<VV> Pushrod tubes that take double O-rings

I remember those. Some vendor (I forget whom) sold them for a while. The
idea is that two O-rings would seal better than one. Not sure if the
idea worked or not, since I'd think that both O-rings would lose their
sealing ability at the same rate.
