Mark,
     You're completely correct about the Tucker engine being a
helicopter model, made by Franklin, which was converted to liquid
cooling.  The Franklin engines that are currently being produced in
Poland are an airplane (fixed wing, not chopper) model, that hadn'd
been produced in N. America for several years.  I don't believe the
Franklin helicopter engine is now being made at all by anyone.
