<VV> lead additives

Long version: lead lubricated valve seats in softer
heads and extended their longevity. Corvair has
hardened valve seats. If yours haven't worn out in 40
years...
That silvery goop you used to find in the bottom of
you oil pan was mostly lead from the fuel.

Short version:
 We don' need no stinkin lead!!!
