<VV> Convertible Noise

I think it gets worse as we get older.  I've had convertibles since 1960 and never noticed it until recent years.  The side wind is what I dislike as much as noise, but since I have convertibles, I learned to put up with both.  Ken Clark

The road and wind noise can be tiring.  On longer trips in either the
Miata or the Corvair convertible, I wear ear plugs.  You can still hear
the important noises without the high level background noise.  The noise
reduction significantly reduces fatigue on a long trip.  Etymotics are
good.
