<VV> 63 to 64 Sway Bar swap

[Bryan Blackwell]

No Corvair came from Chevy with a rear sway bar.  I believe swapping 
the different sizes of front bar between years is just a matter of 
getting the bar and matching bushings, but I could be wrong on that.  I 
have some further sway bar info at
