Good description on that web site. Basically you want the high beams to 
point ahead level and slightly to the right here in America and the low 
beams to point lower and more right. The low beams automatically do this 
as that is part of the lense structure if the high beams are aligned 
correctly. To do the high beams with all four headlights on is tough, so 
cover the inner pair while doing the outer pair and vise versa.
