used JB WELD to secure the top pvc tube to the bottom pvc adapter after
securing all bolts and tie-downs. put black high-temp rtv sealant between
carb-to-tube where it was notched, tube-to-air filter housing, and between
top air assembly and the twin pipes that separate the air (3" circle part)

still need to drive it at night to test cold air effects
