the pin that the plunger hits may be sticking holding the contacts together... or the armture of the solenoid sticking. it must move very freeley. dont lube it it will hold the dirt and bind. otherwise look at the purple wire to make sure its not hitting the battery wire ... regards , back to moving. tim colson
