Well - Plates are stolen all of the time, I hear. And sometimes they only  
turn up to be seen at car shows. If yours were stolen, of course, you would have 
 to order a new set of plates. With such an old car, you would have to be  
concerned with the possibility of failure, that is called the FUD  factor, for 
Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt. You would have a Fear,  Uncertainty Doubt about 
your Motor Vehicle. Put that on a Plate  "FUDMV" ought to express it well! Who 
would possibly complain about  that plate?  - Seth Emerson
