another thought...valve springs ...they should be stock tension unless the cam was made for hugh tension ones...i almost fell for that one with some crane hipo units from a roller rocker and cam kit. engine guy said it could be a problem on stock cams? regards , tim colson so far behind on emails i will never catch up...
