Those words made me think... what would happen if all other car enthusiastics will recognize the superior technology and performance of our beloved Corvairs ?.... great prices increase on cars and parts ?... scarcity ?
We know what our cars are and represent for us so, I think that mainteining a low profile could be better for low budget Corvair fans.
Just as you use to say... my $ 0.02 .

<<Without turning this into a needlessly long message, I am advocating that we
unify in developing and furthering an attitude that tells the
front-engine-only muscleheads that we are driving a car of superior technology and
performance, and deserve to be reckoned with.
I believe that we need to continue to promote and support those who are
trying to drive up the image and thereby the prices of Corvairs, and hope that
the trend will eventually provide a wider fan base for our special and unique
Chevy.>>
