just my two pennies , but i dont feel you can do a good enough check of those 
bearings or a good repack without pressing them off the axles...then taking 
them apart.
anybody know if i can purchase new seals for the bearings? the thin seals  in 
the housings are all wrinkled and the bearings look like new.   see my tears?
i have not had a chance to terrorize the local bearing places yet.(federal 
mogul or kaman bearing etc).
