It's getting harder to find 14" wheels, 15 and larger are more common.  
However, 14" wheels were very popular in the 80s for RWD Datsuns and 
Toyotas, you may be able to find some of those.

Yes, but they are a little pricey.  Watch the CORSA classifieds and 
eBay.

IMHO, that's the one thing you don't want to do.  It's easy to find 
wheels that will fit an early.
