<VV> Wire wheel hub caps

Frank - - -I have two of the 13" wire hubcaps that have 8 slots.  I ended up with them from an auction on Ebay.  I can't help with the question of what cars they came on originally but several GM cars had 13" wheels during that  era. - - -Dick Shank

Others will answer with the correct information, but IIRC, the 4 slots 
are the 13" wire wheelcovers, and the 8 slots are 14" (and possibly 15") 
wheelcovers. I have never seen a 13" with more than four slots.
