I first met Mike the day before the start or the 96 Albuquerque Convention.  
I was the local Concorse chair and Mike was the CORSA concorse chair.  For 
that convention I had wanted t be auto-x chair or rally chair.  When we 
asked people to step up and chair events, we had volunteers for every event 
except concourse, so I took it on. Mike helped me get through the event even 
though I had no expererance.
