I look forward to meeting the guy some day. I would love to visit his lot
and pick through it. To each his own I guess.

OK, I can't stand it any longer....

I'd be a lot more concerned about the negative comments on Charlie's ads
says about the writers than I would be about what his ads say about CORSA.
They have certainly lowered my opinion of the negative posters. Luckily,
I'll soon forget who they are, since their comments are just stupid.

Actually, I'm completely baffled by all the stir. What possible harm could
come from these ads? Why would anybody be offended? Here's a guy offering
rust-free parts at excellent prices and supporting our hobby by buying ads.
As I've stated before, I have a pretty low opinion of the magazine. For me,
it's boring - I read Charlie's ads because they are pretty much the most
entertaining part. I buy the mag to support CORSA. Charlie supports it by
paying to put ads in it. He's doing more good than I am, at lease we know
where to send the SASE if we want to get some good used parts.

Here we are, a bunch of non-mainstream car guys, champions of an old
American car that most folks think is a failure, doing what we enjoy. You'd
think we'd be pretty tolerant of other folks that are non-mainstream.
Curious.

"If you're afraid to be different, how are you ever going to make a
difference?"
