I agree, that's why I thought I would try this.  It doesn't require
Charlie to change at all.  He opens a letter, reads it, puts his reply
in the SASE and drops it in the mail.  No change on his end at all.

It may be a dumb idea, but I think it's worth a try since it might get
him more business and might get more rust free parts in the hands of
people who want/need them.

Thanks for the feedback, I will be the first user of the system, so I
will ask him if he minds me forwarding on other people's messages in
the same manner.
