Did they check the front tire pressure ?  If they did, they will probably 
think that 28 psi is "correct" and the correct 15 psi would be "wrong" ?


The cycle doing 45 and the Corvair (any car) passing at 35 in a 20 MPH zone, 
and they blame the car ?

We don't want the kid to think he did something wrong, do we ?

We'd hurt his feelings ?  OK, he feels sorry for what happened - who 
wouldn't, but if he learned from it, it might prevent it from happening 
again.  Blaming the car (any car) does not help the kid learn anything from 
it.

Am I mean ?  Maybe, but why miss a good learning experience ?
