<VV> re:VV measuring coil volts

Guys,
Is the question with this coil input voltage, or is it the coils resistance (ohms) are out of spec? 

I would get the ohm-meter out and check the primary and secondary windings to see if the coil is operating properly. 
If there is an Autozone near you, they have the Wells Ignition charts which will tell you what to set your ohm-meter on, and how to check your primary and secondary windings for the coil you have, be it a Corvair style or one for a newer car, including Coil Paks.
