I was rebuilding my 65 power enrichment carbs today. After all adjustments were made I noticed when vacuumn was applied to the choke break when cold the fast idle cam dropped down to the third step. You adjust fast idle cam on the second step. Should I bend choke kicker lever so it falls to the second step? Thank you Ray Hean.
