Interesting to note that Toyoda (family name) started his automobile
building career in the 1930's by copying a Chevy stove bolt six. He
started with a good design and just needed to improve on it. The last
incarnation of that stove bolt six I saw was in an 80's Toyota Land
Cruiser. It still had a family resemblance to the original Chevy stove
bolt six! Just MAJOR improvements!
