do not attempt the loctite stuff in this area , it will not work.  i  have 
repaired one for someone who tried it in this exact position. i put a  helicoil 
in that hole. use a shop vac to get all the crap out of the hole after  
spraying it with brakeclean.  make sure its brake clean because it wont  blow up 
your vacuum cleaner  "chicago style". then drill it  , then  vacuum it again , 
then tap it , then vacuum it again , then put the new insert  in with the 
correct loctite product. its the best way to fix it fer good.
you can carefully tip the turbo stuff out of the way after unhooking the  
coupling hose, filter bracket ,  and linkage. i would plan on a new hose  while 
at it.i use a small amount of vaseline on the one end of the hose to speed  up 
reinstalling it.
